Poll isn’t broad enough in it’s choices. There is a difference in being a legal resident and a legal citizen. Both are countable, pay taxes but only one can legally vote.

The ignorant are so insecure that they will always vote with the majority. How it becomes a majority depends on the poll software. Just count every vote you like and only every tenth vote of the ones you don't.
There is no real way from preventing groups from paying "poll voters" from pushing the right button all day.
