The number on this card is placed at the top right hand corner of the citizenship document when the IMMIGRANT becomes a US citizen...
and its not just “given” to an immigrant...
the immigrant doesnt apply for it AFTER they arrive in the US...
all the paperwork and requirements to use one is done in the immigrants home country...
BEFORE they ever leave home to come here...
Its automatic after they have been here 90 days..
They may not work UNTIL they recieve it...
Romney is so stuck on the illegal aliens and getting them AMNESTY and the DREAM Act...
he seems to have never studied what is involved with the processing of the REAL immigrants ...
This morning he needs to slap which ever handler gave him that “great idea” to mention during the debate..
