Hosted by the Heritage Foundation and the American Enterprise Institute, the theme of tonight's Republican presidential debate is foreign policy and national security.
The debate is being held at Constitution Hall in Washington, D.C.
CNN is carrying the debate live at 8 p.m. EST.
Participating candidates are: businessman Herman Cain, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, Texas Gov. Rick Perry, former Speaker Newt Gingrich, Reps. Ron Paul (TX) and Michele Bachmann (MN), former Gov. Jon Huntsman, and former Sen. Rick Santorum.
“Drink a bottle and youll feel really, realy, healthy.”
Until the next morning - LOL
Well, CNN isn’t going to let a memo slip out that Bachman won’t get many questions. :-)
Bachmann’s answer on Iran (prettymuch when I tuned in) was excellent.
And Perry is doing well in the answer I have seen tonight, as well.
Go Team!
At least Perry served this country. Most of these people running never served in the military. If someone served, you should at least respect that fact. It is not easy to debate a media who still support their chosen Obama.
give it a break.
Unless of course you want to change the thread to Bush bashing...
Newt wrote "Drill Here, Drill Now, Pay Less" in 2008.
The questioner is correct: Supercommittee, if they had reached a deal, would only have brought about 10% reduction of debt.
LOL. Okay, “bottoms up” PJToo!!!
He intends to clean out the vipers nest on day one.
Yes...at least they’re ALL hitting Bamster right where it counts. Bout time!
Agree that Perry and Bachman are doing better tonight. Santorum is doing well do, but I still dislike him. Romney is holding steady.
Newt, as usual, blows everyone else out of the water.
The anti-Herman Cain network.
His wife made him go to bed early last night.
Santorum deserves a lot more attention and respect. Even the bitchy David Frum agrees.
Cain doesn’t help himself by being concise. He sees things in simple terms, and politicians don’t. So he boils it down to A or B. The rest of them talk and talk and talk about anything they can think of, just to take up air time.
Politicians believe more time on the TV screen means more votes. Cain believes solving the issue and staying on topic wins votes. So Cain finishes his thought and stops talking. The rest of them will talk until someone cuts them off.
agree..for our own interest.
Don't be afraid. Tell us what you really think!
ignoring Newt is how Blitz figures he can avoid being called down for being an idiot.
I TOLD YOU Newt would jack Perry’s stuff!
