Watch for a presidential pardon long about midnight on January 19, 2013. He'll be out before then. A 10.5 year sentence accounting for time already served (44 months) and time off for good behavior will put him out of jail just before election time next year.
THAT is when we want Rezko to sing like a bird, and not a moment before.
