LOL. Yet the Cain defenders are still on the other thread defending his original dopey, indefensible position on this. Nevermind that Cain was obviously going to be forced to back down because not even conservative media would have let him get away with this.

I am still trying to figure out why so many conservatives suddenly see ignorance as a mark of "authenticity". Cain flat out doesn't know what he is talking about on half the issues, yet some people are willing to give him a pass on it as if knowledge was somehow unimportant.

Don’t worry. I’m sure all the people who told you how brilliant Cain was for rejecting this request will now show up to tell you how brilliant Cain is for accepting the request.

One thing is certain — whatever Cain says or does, it is brilliant. Even if it is exactly the opposite of what he said or did yesterday, or exactly the opposite of what we all stood for last week.
