The Christian belief in The Trinity is not biblical and didn’t come into being for over 300 years after the death of Jesus Christ at Nicea.
I sent back the following, saying this discussion should be for all to see; so here is my reply to it, as well as to ALL in this thread:
Sorry, but the bible states otherwise.
The WORD trinity is not in it, but the concept, idea and fact that is, is PLAINLY seen. Just as it is in the BoM.
So here is the REST of the Story (as Paul Harvey was wont to say...)
3 Nephi 9:15

I have a question for whoever sent you that freepmail. When they use the word "biblical" are they talking about the bible they claim God(S) told Joseph Smith not to use because it was corrupt, or the bible Joseph Smith "retranslated" that Brigham Young claimed was a fraud ?
And for the record, the LDS beleive in multiple Gods, like hindus, buddhists and the ancient Greeks and Romans. Emma Smith, Joe's wife claimed he had his most prized possession on his body when he died, A MAGICAL JUPITER TALISMAN for crying out loud, which folks can find these days in WITCHCRAFT supply stores !.
Here is an excerpt from their own scriptures to compare against the creation in Genesis.
