Yep, and when the whole MSDS thing came about, I was going through our MSDS binder, to endure that it was complete.
De-ionized water, yup.
Sodium sulphite, yup.
Phenolpthalein, yup.
18 molar nitric acid, NOPE!
It took over a year and a half for the powers that be to realize what a colossal error they had made, even after myself (and thousands of others, I'm sure) sent them a note informing them of this (and other) shortcoming(s) in their listings.

And the problem is?
No problem but just how do you check which group is dehydrated when one group gets water and the other gets nothing for thirty days? After thirty days without food in a desert they all would be dehydrated and dead. The ones who had water would simply not be quite as long dead as the ones who had no water.
