Fresh (as opposed to saline water) has small quantities of minerals dissolved in it - particularly sodium, magnesium, calcium and potassium salts.

I’ve never even heard of hydrogen dioxide - HO₂. Neither have I. That's because water is dihydrogen monoxide - H₂O. Hydrogen dioxide would require tetravalent hydrogen - four protons and no electrons.
