It's a process of mixing authentic electronic parts with fake ones in hopes that the counterfeits will not be detected when companies test the components for multimillion-dollar missile systems, helicopters and aircraft.
TOPICS: Crime/Corruption; Foreign Affairs
KEYWORDS: chineseparts; fakeparts; military; weapons
After putting plastic in our dog food and baby formula, why on EARTH are we letting them make parts for weapons?

We are not “LETTING” them do anything.
We have made it so costly to manufacture parts here that it’s profitable for people to counterfeit them.
Chips, purses, whatever.

..because Clinton along with many others in his administration, thought the US as too powerful and we were to allow others the opportunity to advance and “catch up”....

HEY, I've got a GREAT IDEA: "Let's buy parts for our Weapons Systems from the Chicoms."
Now what could possibly go wrong with this "brilliant" suggestion???
BEAM TO F _ _ K UP, SCOTTY!!!
To: FrogMom
it isn’t “letting”, it is infiltration of non-Chinese factories.
America needs AMERICAN FOUNDRIES!
The higher initial Unit cost is more than offset by the risk associated with counterfeit parts ending up in critical systems.

Day 48 Of The FReepathon
Do You Know Why?
There are loyal posters that donate every FReepathon. Some donate several times during every 'thon. But others never donate. Why?
1 My enemies haven't been zotted.
2 The owner doesn't support my candidate.
3 FR won't "upgrade" to "Like" buttons and blinky crap.
4 Someone else will donate.
5 My friend was zotted.
6 I lost my job and have no income.
Only one of those is a legitimate reason.

Doogle, you are right! Lefties think it’s unfair for us to have a monopoly as a superpower! Long before the Clintons, the concept was carried out by an atomic researcher named Ted Hall (Theodore Alvin Holtzberg). Wiki him sometime! It’s absolute madness.

How bout instead of subsidizing a solar panel company or a smallpox vaccine that is redundant and could never get approved by the FDA, we instead invest in companies to make weapons parts for OUR Military!!!???
