"The longer I live, the more convincing proofs I see of this truth: that God governs the affairs of man [Romans 8:28]. And if a sparrow cannot fall to the ground without His notice [Matthew 10:29], is it probable that an empire can rise without His aid? We have been assured in the Sacred Writings that except the Lord build the house, they labor in vain that build it [Psalms 127:1]. I firmly believe this. I also believe that, without His concurring aid, we shall succeed in this political building no better than the builders of Babel [Genesis 11:1-9]."

Ron Paul is a mess. Blaims AMERICA for 9/11. If he wasn’t such a weirdo he might actually get 1%.

Ron Paul is very popular with the Occupy Wall Street crowd.
That's something, I guess.

Day 48 Of The FReepathon
Do You Know Why?
There are loyal posters that donate every FReepathon. Some donate several times during every 'thon. But others never donate. Why?
1 My enemies haven't been zotted.
2 The owner doesn't support my candidate.
3 FR won't "upgrade" to "Like" buttons and blinky crap.
4 Someone else will donate.
5 My friend was zotted.
6 I lost my job and have no income.
Only one of those is a legitimate reason.

Among those with no religious preference, Paul captured nearly 59 percent. Paul is the candidate of the atheistic.

He has my vote for the primary. He is the only one remotely speaking in terms of what needs to be done domestically and monetarily.

Still it’s surprising that only 20% of Republicans want to stop borrowing money from China to be world policeman and finance job-exporting trade deficits.

Ron Paul = Lyndon LaRouche.
Nationally he will never get over 5% of the vote where LR actually got 20% in 1949. But then again LaRouche was the better man.
To: Kurt Evans
Ron Paul would lose resoundingly.

unfortunate that he is picking up support from Reagan conservatives who should be spending their time doing more useful things.
They say they are defenders of the Constitution, but do they really follow the decisions of the court? Were they there in opposition the Kagan? Did they defend Alito against attacks during his nomination fight? Will they be there the next time a Souter or Meyers is put forward?
Will they really do a thing to stop Romney’s drive toward the nomination?

It was being reported that Ron Paul fans had gone to other states to register for primaries to make him look good.
I remember reading about that and to me that is a few trying to look a lot bigger.
Plus, IMO the man is mostly daft with a few good smaller government points at times, often he is off the deep end though.

The situation is not bad enough yet for Ron Paul to be a serious candidate.
In 1938, Churchill was a joke. In 1940, with panzers bursting out of the Ardennes, everything looked different.
It’s too soon for Congressman Paul.
