“More than one in four” - OK. What? Six....seven? Must be British math.

Well reality doesn’t always comport well to whole fractions.

If the numbers were 0.25000 then it would be EXACTLY one in four.

But if the numbers were 0.25345 then it would be MORE THAN one in four.

A better way of saying it would be ‘slightly more than one in four’ - if you are not into the whole brevity thing.
