I was referring to those who don't have to smell the smoke of others, but think since they decided to give up a personal pleasure, so should everybody else.

IMO, the decision to smoke tobacco is up to the individual. However, I also believe they should be prepared to accept and pay for the consequences of that decision. The taxpayer should not be saddled with the bill for smoking related health problems. I feel the same about alcohol use, and any other behavior where there are health risks.
