A hearing is scheduled in front of the New Hampshire Ballot Law Commission on Friday to hear a complaint filed by Orly Taitz, with the apparent support of two state lawmakers, that raises allegations of fraudulent documents and fraudulent Social Security Number use on the part of Barack Obama.
The hearing is scheduled Friday at 2 p.m. in Room 307 of the New Hampshire Legislative Office Building and Taitz is encouraging the public to be present.
The state holds the first primary for presidential elections, and that is scheduled for Jan. 10, 2012.

GregNH will try to get to the hearing tomorrow...will report ... stay tuned...
“From Orly’s site
I just gave an interview Dan Spolar from Concord Monitor. They will be at the hearing tomorrow. I found out, how the committee is formed. there are 5 members and 5 alternates. 2 are appointed by the governor, 2 by lieutenant governor, 4 by the President of the State Senate. The Chairman of the Committee Brett E. Cook is an attorney. I believe, the name of the firm is Sheehan law. I am a little concerned. Every time there are appointed members, particularly appointed attorneys, problems arise. On the bright side, these people are right there, they need to live amongst the citizens of the state. How will they look in the eyes of their friends and neighbors and explain, how they allowed a person with a stolen SSN and a forged BC on the ballot. I need as much info as possible about this committee.”
No judge in this one. Should be interesting.
I hope as most at FR that the hearing will go well. This could go ballistic if the truth holds out.
Thanks for the ping!
New Hampshire doesn’t have a Lieutenant Governor.
2 appointed by Gov, 2 appointed by Lt Gov, and 4 by Senate Prez = 8
Awesome! Efforts like this by citizens is what made our country great. It is all of our duties to confront wrong in our society.
Our Indonesian President may not get into the primaries. How sad.
She is in her 70's living in FL. I am in my 50's. So we both came from a time when respect was rampant. A neighbor could chew me out for doing something wrong and then my Dad would chew me out for that and for getting chewed out by a neighbor!
I remember telling her that this generation has been given everything they have. They did not experience war, they did not appreciate how the world works. Then 911 came. I saw change in this country first hand. I had flown out to MN for a meeting on 910. Had to drive home half way across this country. The patriotism I saw on that ride brought me tears several times. Then they gave us McCain. Then there was and is the Tea Party. The 912 Rally From The Ground. I had to attend, I felt compelled to attend. In July of 08 I wrote Do we need a tea party to end all tea parties? and realized that yes we do. I was already a "birther" at that point.
So yes Citizens should take this experiment seriously and be a part of our government be cause we are the government. We don't need to take it back, we need to make sure it works like it is supposed to.
I am happy and proud to help.
I work in Cambridge MA and have a conference at 11AM. I am praying that call does not last too long cause it's about 75 miles from here to Concord NH. Which is not where the shot heard round the world was fired, but it's close anyway....
And what would be better is that if that happens our Congress will have to look at his current status as a usurper.
Thanks for the ping!

Four NH Lawmakers Call Obama Birth Certificate ‘Forged’...
Let's see them throw this out over standing. Sure, they'll make up something like an un-dotted eye but another candidate will send them scrambling. Brings a smile to my face.
“Backing her complaint, Taitz said, are four Republican members of the New Hampshire House: Harry Accornero of Laconia, Larry Rappaport of Colebrook, and Lucien and Carol Vita of Middleton.”
Thanx, I will try to pass. that along.
I bookmarked the two newspaper reports for future reference.
I have arrived. The room seats about 20 people and I do have one of those seats. I left my office at 12:25 and reached the exit at 1:26. I will use my congressional right to revise and extend my remarks and will state that “to the best of my recollection I may have exceeded the speed limit one time...”
They have open the folding wall to an adjoining room, obviously not anticipating the crowd.
Maybe that will make them think a little before dismissing it out-of-hand.
Or, maybe not...
