Well, we had a pretty good sleep last night. Got down into the upper 20's.

The doctor's appointment went OK yesterday. Everything checked out OK except for some wax in my ears. They gave some stuff for that. I will return to the office on Monday to try to get all of that ear wax removed.

I also have a Vitamin D count of 29 compared to 12 last year. I'm taking Vitamin D pills every day.

Not much else is going on.

Whew, we sure have been getting some soaking rain and more is expected, maybe even snow this weekend, which is unusual for us; if it snows 1", it shuts everything down!

It was 47 in Austin earlier. Sure beats the 80 degree at 5 AM mornings.

Okay, don’t know exactly why, but this is the song that immediately popped into my head. It isn’t about power in the traditional sense, I suppose, but the power/strength that comes from within ourselves with self-confidence and independence.

Hate to bust your balloon but NOAA said the northern states would have a wet winter (the southern drier). So I’m not surprised at all the rain.
