i just have a bad *feeeeeeling* about the passage of this thing...bambam can say 'see, im for the 2A' while simultaneously putting carry into the realm of fed 'regulation' and in short order the 'law' being compromised down to NYC, kalifornicatia or ILL type law, enforced by the batFAGS at the stormtrooper level...
just hasnt set well from the gitgo...

I totally hear you, brother G.
Basically, the Constitution IS my carry permit, Period (as Ted Nugent said in that wonderful interview).
Everything they do is suspect anymore...what a sick frigging time we live in.
At this point it just looks like showmanship instead of substance.
Or - if passed, as you said, another way of regulating what they have no business regulating to begin with.

” what does it do for states rights in that fed trumps states?”
Regardless, Constiutional rights of the people trump both federal and state laws, and this enforces the 2nd Amendment.

The Senate may not pass it ... but then again, an election year IS coming-up and some of the Libs in the Senate may not want to risk having one more link added to the chain they’ve already got dangling around their neck. The timing is about as good as we could have hoped for imho.
