What a peice of History, not like the JFK thing in Dallas, but none the less.

Look up the Clock for Texas and you will notice that GDP & Revenue are going UP and Debt and Spending are going DOWN.

This has something to do with our Legislature only meeting every 2 years and a Gov. that usually gets out of the way.

Go Tejas.

*ouch* - The only way to reverse that trend is for Congress, the current administration and all it's job-sucking regulative agencies to get the heck out of the way and let America to get back to work!

Was that a run-on sentence?

Note that the Federal Government spends a dollar in less time than it takes for light to travel two miles.

Actually, total U.S. debt is about $55 trillion (re. middle of page) ... plus we owe another $120-170 trillion in unfunded "off balance sheet" obligations ... plus another $1300 trillion or so in derivative exposure.

But you stupid Freepers don't need to worry. It's all backed up with $15 trillion or so in total U.S. assets ... plus the brilliant leadership of the Wee Wee and his flunkies ... plus the unlimited power of Treasury to print money.
