Giffords must have approved the report, or at least her husband. They are ultimately responsible.
You are mistaken (if you were serious) her book blames palin for “targeting” her district, and attacks Palin for defending herself with the term “blood libel”.
Giffords and her husband know Palin had nothing to do with her shooting. they owe Palin an apology.
IF they had any class they would have said Palin had nothing to do with it and they regret the accusations made by others. Instead they behaved as typical opportunistic divisive democrats.

I watched Diane Sawyer anchor the news once while I was ona treadmill at the gym.
The ENTIRE half hour was a marxist road trip from beginning to end. Every single story, even the puff piece at the end was about kids being home for Summer and the supposedly cute piece was saying won’t you really be glad when the little brats go back to school? The message was moms work, kids are annoying as hell!
That followed item after biased item cooing over Obama and Michele, attacking a Supreme Court decision limiting discrimination suits, on and on. It was quite an eye opener.
Please don’t let any experimental scientist use her in an aptitude maze — ‘cauze she would starve and we would be blamed for not bailing out her idiotness.
Her(and the sorry left’s) ontology is simple and utterly disgusting!!

I’ll cut the Giffords slack because Palin was probably the last thing on their minds. Alsomaybe the Giffords were not allowed to approve what went on the air.
Please don’t be fooled by the highly edited footage and the media propaganda machine. Giffords was coached and trained for quite some time before being puppeteered on the show. While I highly doubt that she herself requested to be on tv, I suspect that Kelly engineered the entire thing.
She detested conservatives before she was shot, and Kelly detested us afterwards. She and her staff, and their friends in the media, tried to blame the tea party for any number of “incidents,” never any proof, never any arrests.
Her hate-filled comments included accusing us of carrying swastikas — this she claimed on the local PBS station.
Because she was so afraid of us, she should have hired private security, or asked the PCSO for protection. She did not and an innocent child died.
Here’s just one example of what Kelly said after the shooting:

Never mind that the only person turning so violent the security guards had to come === at the one debate she agreed to have in 2010 (after the early ballots deadline) -— was a leftist. She didn’t bother to tell her side of the crowd to tone it down or anything.
