If I said to you that we had a million hungry people in new york city and we needed to feed them:

a. How would a liberal go about doing that?

b. How would a conservative go about doing that?

Gingrich has always been about implementing ideas with conservative plans and programs rather than with liberal ones.

a. If we have too much carbon being emitted:

1. how would a liberal fix that problem?
2. how would a conservative fix that problem?

Perry never attacked ANYONE until they (Romney) attacked him first. The first debate Perry appeared in, Romney cut him at the knees. You apparently choose not to remember that. The only “other” attacks from Perry have been second-hand allegations from the Cain camp and promptly withdrawn.

I don’t know if CW is attacking Gingrich. Looks more like a contrast and decide for yourself. Nothing wrong with that. Vetting happens.

Are you lucid?

I am, but apparently you a re not.

I realize what a RINO Newt is. And, as you can see by the links below, I am not a supporter. But your pro-ILLEGAL alien POS governor La Raza Rick Perry is far worse.

Hey Dullard, I’m not a Newt supporter. But he’s not as bad as your pro-ILLEGAL alien POS hero whose campaign remains in the gutter.

That’s what lib. Dana Milbank of the Washington ComPost is doing, because they want Romney to be the nominee.

I can understand Dana Milbank and the Stump playing their game -- but why the hell are Laura Ingraham, Charlie Kraut, and Michael Medved all playing the same game with them?

Laura was working Cain over hard this morning -- I'd heard she was a Mittbot but didn't believe it -- and playing clips of Charlie Kraut disqualifying Cain from running for dogcatcher. Listening to Charlie, one got the impression that he was really tired of letting people actually vote.

With the massive tell of wall-to-wall Mediabot backing for Mittens overhanging them, why have all these smart conservatives leapt onto the pyre the Unspeakables are building for Mittens? Are the Mittbots planning to say afterward, "Oh gee, oh no, we had no idea they were going to be so tough on Mitt Romney!!"

La Raza Rick Perry has made a career of pandering to ILLEGAL aliens. He would be the last person to "seal the border"; it's just not going to happen, not with a 'President' Rick Perry. belongs.

He is not averse to amnesty, either.

But just to be clear: if border security is accomplished, you can envision some sort of path to citizenship for people who are here illegally.

Rick Perry: Sure.

Rick Perry On The Record

I don't know who the Republican nominee will be. But I think it's safe to say it will not be Texas' pro-ILLEGAL alien governor, Rick Perry.

He left the Speaker job (or quit) because he could not control his sexual appetite.

Uh, no.

Gingrich resigned the Speakership because he'd frittered away the confidence and support of his House colleagues. He'd had a bad book deal exposed (that was identical in many particulars to the deal that he, Newt, had assailed former Speaker Jim Wright for doing, which forced Wright to resign) and he'd been embarrassed by his prediction, before the 1998 by-election, of GOP gains in the House, only to see them eroded by 9-10 seats instead, as a stealthy Clinton campaign to spike up voting in black precincts (in an attempt to overthrow the House's impeachment of Clinton) very nearly bore fruit in a turnover in the House, instead of the GOP gains.

Gingrich blew the Speakership by being inattentive to the GOP's political interests, self-absorbed (in the book deal), and insensitive to political appearances of his own actions.

This after having proven himself incapable of dealing with Clinton's political dishonesty, overt political and factual lying, and snarky, skanky maneuvering in any effectual sort of way.

Some Perry supporters think pro-gay, pro-abortion, anti-Second Amendment, cross-dressing liberal freak Rudy Giuliani is a swell guy!

Newt's principles depend on which way the political wind blows or which perfume grabs him on any given day.

You're going to lecture us on "principles", and you back Rick Perry?

That's really, really rich.

I tend to be lucid most of the time. Personally, I would not call the ultimate inside the beltway establishment republican better than anybody. To me that is about as negative as it gets. My home is in Texas and things are relatively good. You can think what you want about him but Gov. Perry does the right things to keep getting re-elected. I think Perry has done OK on most issues. If Texas voters get upset enough about something he is doing he generally backs off and heeds the will of the people, as all politicians should. I think that the illegal alien tuition thing does suck, but a large majority of our state legislature voted for it and apparently thought it was a good idea at the time.

A conservative would know to question the premise and filter out any lying, managerial "answers" and "solutions" vomited up by movement Progs (Stalinists).

I tend to be lucid most of the time.

Not lucid enough to know better than to initiate discourse with another poster w/o making such asinine comments. That notwithstanding, your pro-ILLEGAL alien governor has won reelection because he had no real serious challengers. And the instate tuition issue was a killer to his campaign, which speaks volumes to what Republicans across the country think of his pro-ILLEGAL alien past.

Perry's views on instate tuition for ILLEGALs is exactly identical to that of California's uber-liberal governor Jerry Brown. Conservative Republicans don't agree with it, they don't want it and they sure don't like being told they are heartless racists because they don't want to go along with it.

I am no supporter of Newt; I think he sucks on ice and is as bad on issues as is Perry. But I don't consider him to be as bad a candidate because, unlike Perry, he would not make a complete fool of himself when debating Obama. Given the choice of Perry or Newt I'll take Newt -- but they both suck.

Good answer.

What if it turned out (and this is a hypothetical) that there actually WAS too much carbon being emitted. How would a conservative fix differ from a liberal fix?
