The National Lawyers Guild says it has obtained a court that allows Occupy Wall St. protesters to return with tents to a New York City park.
The guild says the injunction prevents the city from enforcing park rules on Occupy Wall Street protesters.
Mayor Michael Bloomberg says the city knew about the court order but has not seen it. He says the city plans to go court immediately.

Brookfield sold their soul when this deal was made and the devil has now come to collect. But the issue is this: the definition of public use. To give the park over to squatters is the exact opposite of public use.
The OWS people are lawyered up to the teeth and were able to secure this friendly judge (although many others would have made the same ruling, I’m sorry to say, as our judge selection process is totally corrupt in a one-party town).
We need a lawsuit by a conservative public interest group, to get these people out on behalf of the citizens of New York.
Getting the law changed to disallow these public/private hybrids is not possible with the City Council we have now, corrupt self-serving slackers in a one-party town.

The NLG dates all the way back to the 60’s, SDS, Vietnam, etc. It’s made up of the same hippie lawyers from way back. IIRC it was lawyer, name slips my mind, from NLG who tried to defend Hussein.

Yes, but the park has rules that state the park will be closed on certain evenings for cleaning, and there is no overnight camping allowed. Yet these vermin have ignored all of these rules...the ones the Tea Party followed explicitly...and yet nothing has happened to them! That’s okay with you?
And what about the rights of the small business owners in the area whose stores have been overrun by mobs of squatters who use the store’s bathroom to wash in, leaving their filth behind for the owners and their paying customers to deal with? Is that also okay with you? Why have any laws in the first place if they aren’t going to be enforced?

I also would be surprised if NLG was funded by Soros.
Obama’s not going to say boo. Insurrection seems to be a necessary step toward plan for collapsing the system.

"Pure BS, if it was a conservative movement they get them on a permit issue and that would be the end of it."If they were Conservatives, the National Guard would have been called in to move them out.

I’m shocked he’s bashing an opponent to his throne!
Have to run, GBTV is on.

here’s what I said:
“I support their ability to protest within the law. If the protesters were conservative minded, most here would support them as well. If they are breaking the law, they should be dealt with.”
The small business owners? They will suffer. No doubt about that. That’s the cost of living in a democracy.

Keywiki has all the goods on leftists, both individuals and organizations: http://www.keywiki.org/index.php/National_Lawyers_Guild Some snips: The National Lawyers Guild is based in New York, NY and was organized with the assistance of the Communist International in 1936 as a legal action front operated by the Communist Party USA.[1][2][3]. It is the largest U.S. affiliate of the Soviet-controlled International Association of Democratic Lawyers.[4] Some of their projects: An attachment to the Information Digest special report on the NLG The National Labor Project The National Immigration Project The National Committee on Women's Oppression The International Committee - "coordinated Guild activity in support of national liberation movements throughout the world" The Committee on Native American Struggles The Police Crimes National Committee The Puerto Rico Legal Project The Anti-Death Penalty Project The Grand Jury Project The National Prison Committee The Minority Legal Resources Task Force The Legal Services Task Force - trying to unionize it The Military Law Task Force The Gay Rights Task Force The Housing Task Force Originally the National Lawyers Guild was as a spin-off of the International Labor Defense, a Communist front started in 1925 as the U.S. branch of the International Red Aid, a worldwide Soviet-backed group founded in 1922.[7] In 1940, the NLG President, Russell N. Chase, was also the attorney for the Communist Party USA in Ohio The NLG became affiliated in 1946 with the International Association of Democratic Lawyers, another Soviet front. Guild members have been prominent in communist and far-left causes and organizations in the U.S. and have represented such clients as the Weather Underground, Students for a Democratic Society, the Cuban Government, atom spy Morton Sobell, Soviet agent Judith Coplon etc. At the Guild's convention in Austin. Texas, in 1973 concluded with the singing of communist anthem, "The Internationale." As at March, 1982, the Guild was the principal legal bulwark of the CPUSA, its fronts and controlled unions.[4]

How are they telling you to shove it?Maybe by letting the squatters stay at the expense of the taxpayers and telling the city they aren't going to force them to comply with basic sanitation laws or any other kind of restraint?
Are you the owner of the park?
Not any more. But my ancestors did settle and owned several thousand acres of NY and NJ for almost 150 years, including the land where Wall Street and Broadway now sit
What do you have to do with protesters in NY?
What in the world was in my post that makes you think I have anything to do with the protestors?

Aside from the fact that Goebbels was evil - what do you think of his insights into human control?
I’m well - safe and curious.
