Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain was asked a simple question by the editorial board of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel: "So you agreed with President Obama on Libya, or not?" The response, nearly five minutes long, is painful to watch:

Ron Paul shares your sentiments on that
Cna you give me an example of when you think a President had to react within six hours?
ML/NJ
“$400. Wow, I hope he didn’t spend it all in one place.”
LOL
It may very well be thats what Cain has been told by the Boltons, etc. but he can't very well answer the question that way, and perhaps he's not comfortable with Washington doubletalk yet.
Cain has inside the beltway connections and has been on the Federal Reserve, friends of numerous politicians from Kemp to Kerry of Nebraska and others...
Is there any reason why we should have over 700 over seas millitary bases?
You want to take the chance? oh..let them shower, shave and contact their advisors asap. Bush made decisions pretty fast after he was told about the attack on America. I dont know the time frame.
First, he exempted police and firefighters from his legislation.
Then, as he explained over and over again, his legislation simply LIMITED collectively bargaining to certain issues.
From HERE:
Public employee unions have already said they were prepared to pay more money for health insurance and pension benefits, but they have balked at having their collective bargain rights restrained. The measure affects public employee unions except for police and fire.
Under the legislation, unions will not be able to bargain for health and pension benefits, will be limited in what they can seek in pay raises and have such other provisions as automatic dues payment modified.
This is what Cain was referring to by saying unions should not be able to "hijack" collective bargaining.
AMEN TO THAT.
Fine, they can make a deal. Cain gets advisors and Obama gets to use the TOTUS. That seems about fair.
Ron Paul’s an idiot. There’s a time and a place for everything. Military action should be determined by national interest. There was zero US national interest in providing air cover for jihadists so they could kill Gadhafi and create a Sharia state.
hiya annieokie:))) we need to hear some amens sister
Correct. That’s because there were 4 Bush Doctrines if I recall.
We should not let the "conservative" media pick our candidates any more than we should let the MSM do so.
I don’t think he is on meds or should have skipped the interview.
I think it is pathetic that proponents of other Republican candidates are trying to attack Cain for simply taking a few moments to gather his thoughts before speaking in a sit-down interview with print journalists.
Maybe if Newt had taken a few moments to gather his thoughts before endorsing the man-made global warming hoax with Princess Nancy or if Newt had taken the time to think for a few moments before cutting Paul Ryan off at the knees, true conservatives might warm up to him more.
Good observation. The last 2 elections, all FR has become, is a hate fest.
I'd give anything to have a conservative version of Obama as president. The issue of our time isn't competence. The issue is ideology. Obama is a left-wing ideologue who has been widely successful at implementing his ideology - which is to expand government.
If we had a conservative President who was just half as successful as Obama in implementing conservative ideas, then our country would be in 7th heaven.
HERMAN CAIN 2012!
GO HERMAN - BORN TO LEAD AND INSPIRE
and Gov Walker is right. A man that stuck to his guns despite the threats from the unions and bullies. I love Walker and would not mind seeing him run for higher office
Are you talking about the Environmental Protection Agency?
Where’s your link for that?
