Well, let me amend that. Yogis consider the morning to start at 3 AM. BUT, Yogis don't tend to go looking for burgers at that time, either. SO, for the non-Yogi nightime burger-eating population, I'd say 3 AM is still night.

For the Yogis, on the other hand, I'd say what are you doing cruising the boulevard for junk food at 3 AM instead of meditating?

That’s the truth. I once worked at a bar, would go to Denny’s after work and the drunks acted far worse at Denny’s than they had at the bar. I even felt sorry for the waitresses that worked after bar closing time.
