Gingrich Leads in PPP Poll, Followed by Cain
The Corner ^ | 11/14/2011 | Katrina Trinko

Posted on 11/14/2011 10:00:39 AM PST by TBBT

Results from new poll of GOP primary voters from Democratic firm Public Policy Polling: Newt Gingrich (28 percent), Herman Cain (25 percent), Mitt Romney (18 percent), Rick Perry (6 percent), Michele Bachmann and Ron Paul (5 percent), Jon Huntsman (3 percent), Rick Santorum and Gary Johnson (1 percent).

One particularly interesting note from PPP: “There’s reason to think that if Cain continues to fade, Gingrich will continue to gain. Among Cain’s supporters 73 percent have a favorable opinion of Gingrich to only 21 percent with a negative one.”

If Cain can turn around Godfather’s Pizza, he can turn around America.

There is no comparison of running a nation to that of running a business....just ask any politician when they first arrive in Washington. That's why Governors have often moved to the position of President....now if Cain ran a state I might agree but not in running a business who's primary employees are kids.

If someone asked me ( if my husband was running for President), what do you think about your husband's qualification for president?
I would ( as a wife)- say my husband would be the best damn President in history! And , my husband would be a GREAT President! But,alas, my husband is not running.
However,Cains wife was wobbly ,it was apparent.
Really a sad presentation. They should not have allowed this interview, but it gave us astute voters insight.

“There is no comparison of running a nation to that of running a business....just ask any politician when they first arrive in Washington.”

That’s a bit of a headscratcher. Politicians wouldn’t have a clue about being a CEO. Why on earth would you accept them saying that the two aren’t the same, when they’ve never done both.

“That’s why Governors have often moved to the position of President....now if Cain ran a state I might agree but not in running a business who’s primary employees are kids.”

Same old argument. Why should political experience trump common sense and business experience?

Did you watch the Greta interview?
His wife was not on the program.
It makes me very concerned.

Oh dear....that article basically claims Cain a liar about his turning the business around and in fact looks like they weren’t making the profits even close to what was claimed... and how Cain bought Godfather’s is not the story we’re hearing....so how reliable is this fact checking source? They really went into detail about their report...this is very concerning....

I also found this at that blog.

Go back to the DUmp, troll.

I didn’t hear her but you make it sound like it was pretty bad....I’ll have to take a look now and see for myself.

“It makes me very concerned.”

I’m sure you’re ‘concerned’.

I see no evidence you ever supported Cain. We have many concern trolls come from the DUmp. Glad to see that they are coming out of the woodwork.

Did you check out the rest of that blog?

It’s straight out of the DUmp. He also claims that there’s more evidence for Nessie than for Jesus.

That blogger couldn’t find his *** with both hands. Says all I need to know that you believe he’s a credible source.

You can call me a troll, and try to get me banned. Go for it.
Usually people who do the name calling are like the spectators at the Colosseum in Rome. They want blood, even though the blood that is shed will eventually weaken their cause.
His wife cr**pped on him tonight.
Her body language, and how she answered questions did not show me someone who thought her husband should be POTUS.
If the wife does not support her husband- it has me concerned.

“You can call me a troll, and try to get me banned. Go for it.”

I’m just sayin’. We have lots of ‘concern’ trolls show up and say that they are oh. so. worried.

“His wife cr**pped on him tonight.”

Yeah, yeah, sure.

“Her body language, and how she answered questions did not show me someone who thought her husband should be POTUS.”

Ma’am is your favourite breakfast cereal Coco Puffs? I’m told they are quite delicious.

Here’s another that I’ve never posted before;

The candidate’s [Cain] claim he rescued Godfather’s is light on details

We’re not voting for his wife.

If it were wives, W would never have gotten elected, or Slick either.

Whatever.
You look through the candidates with rose colored glasses.
I was for Perry until he proved to be an idiot.
I have concern about Cain, because his wife is very tempered in her responses, not enthusiastic, and looks like she does not think her husband should be POTUS.
Now, since there are very few choices left,I am going to start thinking about Newt.
He could kick Obama’s butt to the curb in a debate. We already know about his warts.
Do you know Obama is golfing with a friend in Hawaii who was busted for solictating a prostitute in Hawaii?
That could be a great news scandal.
No one is looking at that.
Because at FR- we eat our own.

It gave you nothing but Fox anti-Cain spin.

Either you’re smart enough to see what is going on, or you’re not.

First time I’ve ever posted that and I’ve had it for ages. You can check my record, I don’t go around attacking Cain or any others.
I’ve heard it said that posting facts is allowed here.

“You look through the candidates with rose colored glasses.”

And yet:

“Because at FR- we eat our own”

If I’m looking at the candidates wtih rose coloured glasses, I can’t see how I’m eating my own. One or the other. Choose.

“I was for Perry until he proved to be an idiot.”

So, IOW, you weren’t really a Cain supporter. Glad we got that out of the way.

“I have concern about Cain”

Well then that’s your problem and you have to get over yourself, hun. Gloria did just fine, and your ‘criticism’ is 100 percent subjective. Tells me that the problem isn’t her, but you.

Anyways, glad to hear that you’re going to savage Newt and get back to your first love, Obama. Keep up the good work.
