To offer a valid analogy, McQueary would be the guy who came and told you that one of *your*employees* had anally raped a child in *your* locker room the night before.

They would find out what child was with the pervo. They would locate him, talk to him, and take him to a hospital to be examined for signs of rape. Those signs would have been found. The pervo would have been arrested. None of the boys he molested between that date and this would have been molested.

Sandusky is not an employee of Paterno. Paterno was not told he was anally raping anyone. fondling was the term reported to Joe. Sandusky was not even working for Penn State in 2002, when Joe was informed of the events. Sandusky had retired in 1999 after 30 years at Penn State.

state law mandates that upon notification of such events, police are to be notified. this is the question, did Curley notify the police or not.

again, you fail to understand the fundamental difference between a witness, victim, and hearsay. if you stole a car, in this case it’d be some unknown neighbor’s car, and mcqueary witnessed it and told me about it. i then call the parking lot super to report it. then what? it’s not my car, i don’t even know who it belongs to.
