The folks who voted for these people will still be shocked and surprised when the brownouts and blackouts start, and the media will supply them with the approved counterfeit villains - the electric utilities who’ve had their hands tied by the politicians.

The Democrats ALWAYS vote in Lock-Step, and the usual suspects (Snowe, Collins, Graham, Lieberman) vote with the Democrats on big issues, but who were the other two (trying to save their asses in a close-race State)?

The two dumbies from Maine voted in favor of what Obama wanted? Even after Obama tried to get potatoes cut from school lunches? Why? Did Maine get a waiver for Obamacare or something?

Alexander (R-TN)

This guy is a pantywaist. Always has been, always will be.

Pity he’s not up for reelection until 2014. What has Tennessee done to deserve the likes of him and Bill Frist?

step was needed to rein in what he called the Obama administration's overzealous job-killing approach to environmental protection.

But that would break Obama's promise to bankrupt all the power companies that have coal fired plants. And he needs to keep that promise, in order to ensure that "energy prices skyrocket" in order to completely destroy the American economy. Because that's what those bad Americans deserve.
