You're sorta making my point. Rights are waivable, by the interested party--me *do not resuscitate* rights are rights, not commandment. You have the right to free speech you are not commanded to free speech or commanded to remain silent under arrest. For a pro-choicer, you sure wanna take mine away.

incapable of being repudiated or transferred to another;
You have the right to free speech you are not commanded to free speech or commanded to remain silent under arrest.
Remaining silent DOES NOT extinguish the right to free speech.
