You're sorta making my point. Rights are waivable, by the interested party No, unalienable means they CANNOT be waived:
incapable of being repudiated or transferred to another;
You have the right to free speech you are not commanded to free speech or commanded to remain silent under arrest.
Remaining silent DOES NOT extinguish the right to free speech.

That’s like saying “you MUST speak your mind”.
At this point, since I am busy, may I waive my right to speak on this issue further, or have my God given rights put me in a position that I must continue to voice my opinion?
