Occupy SF accused of Ferry Building thefts, filth
San Francisco Examiner ^ | November 10, 2011 | Mike Aldax

Posted on 11/11/2011 9:24:45 AM PST by Navy Patriot

Ferry Building merchants and managers are fed up with the mayhem that has come with the nearby Occupy SF encampment.

A spike in shoplifting, break-ins and reports of abandoned human waste — and a reported drop in foot traffic — has management fuming about the Justin Herman Plaza encampment. There even are reports of occupiers using the building’s restrooms as washrooms — with folks taking sponge baths from toilets.

And last Monday, eight men were allegedly escorted out of the building after they attempted to use the bathrooms wearing nothing but their boxer shorts.

Property manager Jane Connors has written two letters to The City, one sent Nov. 1 and the other sent Monday. In both, she highlighted merchant complaints and asked police to increase their presence at the building. But that hasn’t happened.

. . . folks taking sponge baths from toilets

Sadly, in the Occupy crowd, that is a step in the right direction.

What a shame. The Ferry Building was completely renovated in 2003 and is a magnificent place with a great food court. I won't hold my breath waiting for the Supes or PD to do anything about this atrocity. I pity the poor merchants there who are going to be losing a lot of business, just like in every other city where the anarchists have taken over.

I believe San Francisco is the home territory of Nancy Pelosi, who supports this movement.

And of course our President,, when he isn’t on vacation supports the efforts of this idiot group also.

I would imagine that sooner or later the people causing this problem will eventually get bored with it and move on.
It is pretty evident that law enforcement and the Mayors of these cities aren’t interested.

"with folks taking sponge baths from toilets."

And they actually come out smelling better. For a couple hours at least.

“Reports of abandoned human waste” - Well, you know the old saying ‘Victory has a thousand fathers, but a turd is all on its own’.

I see the entire “Occupy” movement as a boon to the GOP, IF they have the savvy to take advantage of it. The Great Silent Majority is already getting tired of the nonsense going on, the stabbings, vandalism, shootings, shutting down businesses etc. If the GOP can tie in the Occupiers with the Democratic Party, the next election could develop into a landslide for the GOP, just like in 1972 when McGovern associated himself with the radical anti-war crowd.

Tatiana Graf, manager of Boccalone, said the charcuterie shop has been lucky because it doesn’t have items that are easy to steal, but she has heard grumblings from other businesses.

I hope you get shoplifted into bankruptcy then you stupid commie!

The bleating of Princess Nancy's flock. Sheep were meant to be sheared. Continue grazing, Tatiana.

San Francisco and the Bay Area are filled with irreplaceable historical landmarks, none of which can be enjoyed or protected (or Christian prayers said at) by locals and the declining tourist trade.

We have the pinnacle of Public Education Indoctrination and Homo Mob Rule.

***The toilet sponge baths are a nice touch - Quelle Finesse!***

I’ve got a book written about 1888 with a chapter on how to take a bath, with just one quart of water.

As much crime and disease that these freaks cause and spread, they are allowed to continue doing what they're doing. And taxpayers foot the bill.

These cretins are a prime location for a major disease outbreak. Maybe some blankets could be passed out, much like what happened to the native indians?
