Cain is a fad.
Lemme know if you have anyone else I should be enthusiastic for.
Well Said!
“I for one am getting very tired of all this Herman Cain idolization, Cain is a fad.”
______________________________________________
Would this be similar to the Perry, Newt or Mitt “idolization”?
I so agree Irish. Cain seems to think everything, every issue, is a joke. No matter what he is asked, he responds with his tired 9-9-9 rhetoric. Nothing of substance.
Read this Karl:
Bite me!
Pray harder, then.
The so-called "Occupy Wall Street" movement just split off and formed an "Occupy Bachmann" group-ette, and went to her press conference, and rudely disrupted it, I am not making this up Freepers!.
Folks, these loony leftist and anarchist people can and maybe will get desperate and VIOLENT. Like their threat to disrupt the GOP caucuses in Iowa. I take these seriously.
They are losing and they know it. Add to that that liberalism is a mental disorder in the first place.
For ALL THE GOP CANDIDATES I say increase your personal security, particularly for the frontrunners, like Mr. Cain.
I also suggest that every strapping, muscular, serious looking former or current off-duty LEO or military personnel who truly supports Herman Cain and has had just about enough of this riff-raff nationally, considering making or buying big short-sleeve t shirts which showcases their muscular brawn, which say something like "I support Herman Cain" or "Security" and position themselves throughout the campaign crowd to be on guard and intimidate these spoiled, stinking little pissants--coordinating and being accredited and vetted of course by his local Cain campaign groups--we don't want any "Barney Fifes" here, but professional people trained in distruptor removal. (These shirts are available online). Any Freepers out there up to this volunteer mode? Contact your local Cain campaign person, and get cleared.
This "Crash Bachmann" thing was on MSNBC today, i.e. what they horribly did to Bachmann. It is the first warning shot IMHO.
Prediction: They will show up and try it on Herman Cain at his events as he gains even more traction and increasingly vanquishes the MSM as well as threatens their Golden Boy, Prince Obongo. Team Cain: You heard it here. Get ready for it.
Looks like some of these Wall Street Occupiers are even here on Free Republic trashing Herman Cain...
YEP!!!!!
Don’t worry. Their FR handles (nicknames) and dates of attacks/thread URLs are being put on an Excel Sheet, which later in the season once Herman Cain passes the needed GOP delegate total Lord Willing, I may consider—if I am in a pissed off and unforgiving mood, might dedicate to a stand alone website (a “Wall of Shame”) and post the link to FR so people can “ABC search” which Freepers had a nefarious hand in joining in such groundless and unfair lynching (attempted but failed) of a VERY GOOD, GOD FEARING, REAL-DEAL CONSERVATIVE MAN, Herman Cain.
Herman Cain is the only candidate that inspires and uplifts people to stand up, act and defend our Constitution Rights as Americans.
He is intelligent, humorous and has a God given talent to lead our Country.
I guess it’s like the idolization of Ronald Reagan!
GO HERMAN WE GOT YOUR BACK!
At least Mr. Cain can remember the lynch pin of his platform for economic recovery 999!
I wonder if Cain’s people would sit 2012 out if Sarah doesn’t endorse Cain.
Now that’s funny right there, I don’t care who you are.
Well I’m not!
I am thinking for myself on this one.
Sarah can endorse whoever she wants and I can respect that.
I believe in Herman Cain and will not change my vote just because Sarah doesn’t endorse anyone or someone else.
As a side note, Sarah had some pretty nasty sexual allegations thrown at her, so I suspect she knows what it is like to have your character assaulted and your family hearing all these horrible things.
That is a wonderful success story, but that does not make him a wonderful Presidential candidate.
It makes him a perfect one.
Liking someone’s sense of humor has absolutely nothing to do with someone’s qualifications. Surprisingly enough a person can have a good or a bad sense of humor and still be qualified for a particular job.
Cindie
Why would we? Her endorsement would be great but I don’t make a choice based on someone else’s opinion. Certainly I give more weight to people I respect and would consider his/her reasons but that doesn’t mean I’d change my mind. There are people here who I respect that support other candidates but like most people here I’m quite able to come to my own conclusions. Don’t you think that’s a little condescending?
Cindie
Nope, what makes him a wonderful presidential candidate is because he meets the criteria set forth by the founders. Why don’t you think they added qualifiers to that? With all the thought they put into our founding document I doubt it was because they simply forgot. They wanted participation from private citizens NOT a permanent political class. Most of us have grown up in a world where that’s all we’ve known. XYZ education/career path/prior political experience may be the way we’ve been conditioned to believe makes a person qualified but it’s not. Quality and ability, at least in my mind, are more important than a “just so” career politician. It really surprises me on a forum where we all profess we need to get back to constitutional principals people think it’s perfectly fine to ignore the founders intent if it doesn’t support a preconceived notion we have. Now granted, someone with an IQ of 50 probably wouldn’t be a good choice but someone who is intelligent and successful in the private sector certainly is worthy to be president.
