I agree that Perry just doesn’t seem to have the fire in his belly, as they say, to want to be POTUS.
It is almost as if he is going through the motions and just can’t wait for all of this to be over.
Tomorrow we have his wife Anita coming on our local conservative radio station here in Naples, FL.
I don’t know of a candidates wife that campaigned during the Primaries.
Most of the people I’ve spoken to just don’t like a wife getting into the political arena.

Well, contrary to soem you can hear here, Perry has been a darn good Governor. He inherited a Governorship that had a lot less power than most other states, and he stiil was able to get a lot of things done inspite of the limitations on the office. No doubt that in itself created some enemies.
In Governor debates, Perry was always a bit behind the 8 ball, but he sure campaigned well, just as you see in his speeches in this campaign.
Would have loved for him to do better, but as they say “wish in one hand and poop in the other, to see which fills first”.
Never heard much from Anita here in Texas, so not sure about her abilities on the stump.
