I am grateful for your kind words. Support from “good” citizens like you is golden when we were deployed. Family, friends, neighbors and those who love this nations security and freedoms helped me and my team through many dark times with a call, some mail or a “care package” from the “world” .
Each generation changes, each conflict brings political propaganda and hardships but we have to remember. No one wants peace and freedom more that Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen or Marines. We worked for it, some paid the ultimate sacrifice. Yet we couldn’t make it happen with the support provided by individuals, communities, manufacturing bases, commercial logistics, rationing of resources key to such etc etc... all Americans IMO are veterans of each conflict, with or without their support.
But it is the ones that support the veterans and those still active duty that I am truly grateful for ......
Thank You....

My Father served in the Navy and I'm proud of his service to his country. His father served in WWI aboard the Arizona, he tried to reenlist after Pearl but was 43 years old and had 7 children, they thanked him and sent him home.
Cheers, Yankee.
