If you are so concerned about this, perhaps you should volunteer to work there and see that it is done right. My shop ran the ships morgue that enough for ya? The corpsmen brought remains too us till transport was arranged. As well I have buried vets with pick and shovel. Quite a few actually in a V.A. Cemetery.
