Yes because far worse allegations really damaged Clinton.
As I said on another discussion, many need to grow a spine. Our guys are always going to have some version of this attack. They have successfully knocked out good candidates like George Allen, Palin, and destroyed the reputations of Rumsfeld, Cheney, Bush, and countless others. This is a fact of serving as a Republican, and if we wilt under attack the conservative movement will continue to be diminished.
There is zero evidence of any impropriety by Cain, and until there is, this must be challenged. If it turns out that he was out there chasing women, that might be relevant, but just puts him in the same class as countless other politicians.
If people can be destroyed by the liberal media, how good of candidates were they? Allen? Didn’t he do that to himself in reality, by his handling of the affair? I know the libs are vile, and the media is unrelenting, but the the general election will make all of this seem like kindergarten. I see Palin and Cain in a similar light- both were not ready for prime time, IMO, even if they had good conservative credentials. That’s excluding these women who Cain may or may not have harrassed or assaulted (the Allred woman).
