What does BTTT mean and what happens when one uses it?
When that happens, your Beiber gets Stuned
“Bump thread to the top” or “bump to the top.”
The more posts a thread has, the higher it shows up in the sidebar on the first page of the forum. Many people check there to see what threads have been the most active.
When you’d like to see a thread continue to get visibility, it needs posts to “bump it to the top” of the list in that sidebar.
I asked people to bttt here because this is the sort of thread that directs you to another thread — if people don’t post at least “bttt” here, this thread will die and its goal, directing readers to the other thread or posts, won’t be met.
bttt means; “bump thread to the top” which gives it priority in the ratings. What is also does is put it in your “pings” archive in case you don’t have time to read it or make a comment, but still want to go back and look it over later.
