Savage hates everyone else in the talk business.
He has pet names for all of the talkers, and never refers to them by their real name. I do not even know which barb fits who.
The Gofer- Rush, I guess
The Leprechon- Hannity?
Wallbanger?-
Chalkboard- Beck?
He denigrates all of the others.
Listeners seem to be burning out on Savage.
Much of the program is now self-promotion of his books.
I am now tired of it, but I still listen via internet.
Rush is the GOLFER .
Hannity is WALLBANGER
LEPRECHAUN is O’Reilly .
Savage is now saying Cain may drop out of the race if he can’t quite take the daily pounding and abuse, that it’s not quite like talk radio which Savage hasn’t yet quit.
You also don’t have the luxury during a presidential campaign to run Encore Segments.
I think O’Reilly is the Leprachaun or the Loofha Man, definitely the latter. I love all the “conservative” talkers (many of them have become too enamored of their GOP friends, and don’t seem to be as conservative as I would like - Rush comes to mind as does Hannity and Levin; Savage sometimes is fooled by Dems who agree with him on one issue), and get annoyed with all of them too.
