I would have to say that if a guy suddenly put his hand up my skirt, I would instantly start moving, swinging, kicking, etc to get him off me. So she just sat there saying, "Dude I have a boyfriend" and gives him a chance to push her head toward his crotch? She was relaxed enough at that point for him to pull her toward him?

I would think an important detail that she would address is whether he somehow unzipped his pants. If not why would he shove her head in his lap?
If so, how could she have forgotten that sensitive detail?
