Well, it might be that. Or it could be that Cain acted inappropriately to lots of women for many years. How many complaints will it before you accept the reality of the situation? It looks like Cain did not treat women well.

I could not imagine saying something to the women in my office that would cause my employer to pay out 5 figure settlements.

Give me one indisputable fact. One. Oh, that's right. You can't. Not to say something may surface somewhere, but it hasn't yet; just innuendo that even the accusers haven't gone public with to justify their case. Yet, you're still willing to buy in to the notion. Disgusting.

That you are so willing to knowingly lie about Conservatives in the vain hope it helps your GOP Establishment candidate, tells us all we need to know about your personality.

How about you bother to LEARN the facts rather then just childishly posts bile at people who are refuting the lies you so desperately want to be true?

5 figure settlement?

A real claim of sexual harassment would of resulted in settlements in hundred of thousands of dollars. A 5 figure settlement is the minimal fee any business pays to end a nuisance lawsuit.

The fact that the settlement was only 5 figures indicates it is a scam.

I'm waiting for a real complaint. So far we've had three that came to nothing. One 'non-overtly sexual gesture' and letting a drunk employee crash at his apartment with no 'sexual' impropriety outlined in the charge. Both fell apart as nothing. We don't even have a pubic hair on a coke can. I can bet you'll find any high level corporate person with charges like these from people looking for a quick paycheck or to challenge firings. I know when I ran a rather large operations center, one out of every ten people I fired turned around and filed some sort of challenge, from 'hostile work environment' to racism. Of course, nothing came of any of them, people just looking for a way to get unemployment or to not have to say they were fired for not showing up.. but if I ever ran, I could have dozens of people come forward saying they 'accused me of xx'...

Considering Cain was a CEO of several companies, I'm surprised how few have come out and how nothing the charges are.

The other thing that screams BS on these charges is that Cain didn’t have to sign the non-disclosure and compensation agreement. If it was a credible charge, directly against Cain’s actions, he as well as the the National Restaurant Association would have to be party to that contract to prevent him from personal lawsuits. By the fact he didn’t sign, shows his lawyer and the NRA determined there was no personal risk on his part (ie the charges were bunk) and it was just as standard HR separation. I wouldn’t be surprised if these charges came as part of some sort of separation from the NRA by the accusers and that is when the accusations came up.
