A fourth woman will claim that Herman Cain sexually harassed her while at the National Restaurant Association in a press conference today, RadarOnline first reported early Monday.
The woman will be represented by Gloria Allred, the Los Angeles-based attorney who represented one of the women involved in the Anthony Weiner twitter scandal earlier this year.
The press conference will be at 1:30 p.m. at the Friars Club in New York City.

The other thing that screams BS on these charges is that Cain didn’t have to sign the non-disclosure and compensation agreement. If it was a credible charge, directly against Cain’s actions, he as well as the the National Restaurant Association would have to be party to that contract to prevent him from personal lawsuits. By the fact he didn’t sign, shows his lawyer and the NRA determined there was no personal risk on his part (ie the charges were bunk) and it was just as standard HR separation. I wouldn’t be surprised if these charges came as part of some sort of separation from the NRA by the accusers and that is when the accusations came up.
I already suggested that. That's when he logged out...
That the Perry supporters are so desperately eager to pimp a smear against a Conservative in the vain hope it will save their candidate tells us all we need to know about their candidate.
That's a lie. I'm a Cain supporter and have been on most threads about the campaign. I have never seen a Cain supporter make these comments. Never. So, I expect you to find them and post them here. The ball's in your corner.
What we've stated, and continue to state, is that there is no factual evidence behind these attacks. All innuendo, no evidence. If you have the evidence, then bring that out as well when you respond to this post. Stand by your statement with proof.
“In 2002 a graduate assistant caught Sandusky having sex in the shower with what looked like a ten-year-old boy. The G.A. was so upset he called his father. His father told him he had to tell Head Coach Joe Paterno. The grad assistant testified he did so at the coachs house the next morning.
Paterno testified he waited until the next day, two days after the incident, to call and inform Penn State Athletic Director Tim Curley.
A week and a half passed before the grad assistant met with Curley. University Senior V.P. for Finance and Business Gary Schultz was at that meeting. The grad assistant would later testify he told the two men of the graphic nature of the sex. Both Curley and Schultz denied that to the Grand Jury. The Grand Jury found the grad assistants testimony to be extremely credible. Curley denied it twice to the Grand Jury. They found the two administrators testimony not credible. In fact, the Grand Jury basically called them liars.
The grad assistant was assured the proper steps would be taken. He was never questioned by the university police or any police for that matter.
The proper steps turned out to be that Jerry Sanduskys keys to the locker room were taken away.”
Don’t you dare sit there and try to claim Joe Pa didn’t know. That not only flies in the face of the evidence, but the most remote of the smell test.
Oh sure you do. You think that if Cain's campaign could be destroyed by these allegations, somehow people will turn to your candidate who has been totally rejected. Defending Cain is not in the best interest of your candidate so you won't do it. Of course you care.
I am still waiting for the first accuser to step forward and state her case. Until that happens, there is nothing to excuse. The NRA has zero existing cases of wrongdoing against Cain. Zero. All we have so far is unsubstantiated anonymous hearsay allegations.
Believe it or not, I saw on another thread that (supposedly coming from Laura Ingraham), the woman today is the same who has said Justin Beiber got her pregnant, and that Cain supposedly told her a knock-knock joke. I’m glad I didn’t have any liquids in my mouth when I read that. It’s the best line of the day so far...
You can take the candidate out of the Democrat Party, but you can't take the 'Democrat' out of the candidate.
I am racking my brain trying to think of a public figure that has successfully defended himself from the charge of sexual harassment. And by successfully defended himself I mean he retained the support of the public. The only one I can think of the Bill Clinton, and Clinton had the MSM entirely on his side. I am not sure "addressing" the issue will do much good. In fact I can't think of anything Cain himself can do, but one thing that could be very helpful would be if all of the GOP candidates and leaders came out in support of Cain. Right now would be a bit premature to do that, let's hear what this accuser has to say and if it sounds politically motivated then come out on Cain side.

Laura Ingraham is known to do political satire sometimes. Are you sure this is not one of those times?
I said it was. Read my entire post.
And that’s the only point I’ve made and I’ve been attacked by the Cainbots like a pack of rabid dogs. The fanaticism about Cain is fascinating at one level, since it is very similar to that of the Clinton defenders, but it also shows an ugly strain of misogyny that I never realized was also present in conservatives. Very disappointing.
Things can get very ugly in primary time. Don’t let it brother you. Just stay on topic support, your guy, don’t take cheap shots and you will be fine.
RE: . The fanaticism about Cain is fascinating at one level, since it is very similar to that of the Clinton
The comparison is NOT VALID for the following reasons — Clinton was known to LIE, not only in court (i.e., on Paula Jones, where he was finally stripped of his law license ), but also to the American public ( everybody knows Monica Lewinsky).
In the case of Herman Cain, we are WAITING for EVIDENCE ( READ: CREDIBLE EVIDENCE) of actual Sexual Harassment.
A man is innocent until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt.
You simply cannot compare the two and you also cannot call Cain’s defenders misogynists.
If you want to SHOW US YOUR EVIDENCE. That’s all we ask.
You’re sick. My posts have not been misogynistic. They have focused on how you Perrybots, both men and women, make false and obnoxious attacks against Cain. You all act like a bunch of harpies. If you don’t like the comparison, then don’t cause the comparison.
I will not apologize for what I’ve said. It’s an accurate statement brought on by your own actions. Over the past several weeks, moreso since your candidate has dropped in the polls, you’ve done nothing but go after Cain, and disparage his supporters as well. We’re sick of it and will give it back in kind whenever we encounter it. You asked for it, well, you own it.
RE: I never thought that GOPers would act the way Clintons supporters did, that is: Who cares? Its no big deal. The women probably asked for it anyway, theyre all lying sluts. Its all part of a vast conspiracy. Oh, so Clinton lied? Who cares? My Clinton, right or wrong.

OK, let me, a Cain admirer be the first to say this — IF THERE IS CREDIBLE ( Emphasis) Evidence that Cain SEXUALLY HARASSED a woman ( and I want a specific, clear understanding of the charge, i.e. something similar to what Kathleen Wiley or Paula Jones did with Bill Clinton ), I’d be on the side of those calling for him to step down from his campaign.
Having said that, here’s my challenge to you — CAN YOU PRODUCE CREDIBLE (again emphasis) EVIDENCE THAT HE *DID* SEXUALLY HARASS A WOMAN?
C’mon, we’re waiting for you to shut us all up....
What I don't like is this is derailing our nominating process! As someone that supports Newt I do not like that at all.
