Despite being embroiled in controversy last week, Herman Cain leads the Republican presidential field by 15 percentage points in Iowa, according to a new poll taken four days after news broke that the Atlanta businessman had been accused of sexually harassing women while head of the National Restaurant Association in the late 1990s.
Cain attracts 30 percent support from Iowa GOP caucus-goers, according to the Insider Advantage poll. Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney places a distant second with 15 percent. Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich rounds out the top three with 12 percent. The remaining candidates poll in the single digits: Texas Rep. Ron Paul garners 9 percent, Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann -- who won the straw poll in Ames in August -- receives 8 percent, Texas Gov. Rick Perry earns 6 percent, and former Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman has 2 percent.
Cain leads among each age group by double digits except for voters 65 and older, who back Romney over Cain, 25 percent to 14 percent. Cain also leads among minority groups. He holds a 17-point edge over Gingrich among male voters (Romney comes in third) and a 12-point lead over Romney among females (Gingrich places third).

Well then, if they’re smart, they’ll see the handwriting on the wall, revaluate their positions, and jump on the Cain bandwagon.

I would leave the almost out, perry could not win a race for governor today. He is done, stick a fork in him and flip him over.
Billy and the plotting Neocon Cabal are forced to go to Plan B. They had hand-picked yet another incoherent Texas governor---Rick Perry. He's the type the pukeneos love----easy to dupe. But Perry keeps losing altitude---he has failed to live up to puke expectations. Billing Perry as a "compassionate conservative" was pukeneo folly.
So why did the pukes pick Perry? B/c of Perry's perennial suckup to illegals. Another notch for amnesty --- started with Puke Dupe Number One---GWB.
BTW, the pukeneos have the only list available---containing the number of countries the pukes want the US to invade. War profiteering is the name of the puke game----pukeneo guru Richard Perle is starting an oil business in Iraq with his cut.

It certainly is interesting how things are playing out. I have a suspicion if he where elected, he would ask Newt to be VP. People can say what they want about Newt’s bad points and things he sided with like just about everyone else earlier on regarding the Global Warming scam. I bet he has since then become a bit more educated on that matter. He is smart, knows how things work in the Congress. He could be a asset to any President. I am looking forward to see where these two in particular stand regarding future energy policies.
