Ron Paul has a lot of good ideas.. and then he has plenty of wacky ones...
But he wants to audit the tithe.
I saw you on Fox News Sunday, Mr. Paul.
You said that we need to stop provoking the iranians and if we just act nice to them they will be nice back to us.
You, sir, are a fool of the worst kind.
So he’s accepted Christ. That’s nice for him. But what does it have to do with the fact that he is happy to see Iran become a nuclear power?
Then he cannot be a good libertarian if he truly is a Christian.
Obama interview: OBAMA: I am a Christian. So, I have a deep faith. So I draw from the Christian faith. On the other hand, I was born in Hawaii where obviously there are a lot of Eastern influences. I lived in Indonesia, the largest Muslim country in the world, between the ages of six and 10. My father was from Kenya, and although he was probably most accurately labeled an agnostic, his father was Muslim. And Id say, probably, intellectually Ive drawn as much from Judaism as any other faith . . . I believe that there are many paths to the same place, and that is a belief that there is a higher power, a belief that we are connected as a people . . .
And Im not somebody who is always comfortable with language that implies Ive got a monopoly on the truth, or that my faith is automatically transferable to others. Im a big believer in tolerance. I think that religion at its best comes with a big dose of doubt . . .
Jesus is an historical figure for me, and hes also a bridge between God and man, in the Christian faith, and one that I think is powerful precisely because he serves as that means of us reaching something higher. And hes also a wonderful teacher. I think its important for all of us, of whatever faith, to have teachers in the flesh and also teachers in history . . .
[In response to question: What is sin?] OBAMA: Being out of alignment with my values . . .

I'll evaluate Ron Paul if he becomes a contender with a chance to win. At the moment though, he has too many quirks for me to take him seriously. As far as his Christianity, I'll accept his word on that unless he goes out of his way, as Obama did, to prove that it's a lie.
Christians should stand by Israel.
Just my honest opinion.
Jimmy Carter said the same thing.
Being a good president is another.
Including legalizing heroin.
I am voting for Paul in the primary. He is the only one even close to whatwe need.
Ron’s swan song.
I pray that Christ is his Lord and Savior.
....In addition to my time in Congress, I am proud to have delivered over 4,000 babies as a country doctor in Texas. As I trained to practice medicine, I became convinced without a doubt that life begins at the moment of conception. I never performed an abortion, and I never once found an abortion necessary to save the life of the mother. In fact, I successfully helped women struggling with their pregnancies to seek other options, including adoption...
We must stand for lifenot allow millions of innocent children to continue to be slaughtered with the government's approval.
We must follow the Biblical mandate of using honest weights and measuresnot printing money out of thin air in almost complete secrecy and then handing it over to oppressive dictators.
People might think he's crazy, but I now know more about what Ron Paul believes than about what Herman Cain believes.
Good old Jimmy Carter had a similar statement of faith, oh, and a similar world view as well. Just say no to moderate libertarian RINOs.
There are ways to convert people to Ron Paul WITHOUT taking the "There is no God and you are IGNORANT" approach. Trying to convert a Christian to agnosticism or atheism is NOT going to magically convert people to Ron Paul. Remember, you don't have to AGREE with these positions. You don't have to believe in God even. You just have to appeal to them - and bashing someone's GOD does NOT HELP RON PAUL! ....
They love to be all things to all people.
That was good to read Kurt. There are a couple questions I would like to ask Rep. Paul personally still, but this answered some others.
We’re voting for a president, not a minister. What difference does this make?
I have an idea: Why don’t we ask RuPaul about his hostility towards the birthplace of Jesus, Israel ? Or better yet, let’s ask Ru about his voting to repeal DADT or his support of the abortion pill RU-486.
Let’s just lay all the cards on the table: Ron Paul is not a Conserative. He’s not a Republican. He’s not a libertarian. He’s a populist. He’ll say anything to anyone to get elected. When he talks to his lib supporters, he goes into his Code Pinko mode and starts babbling about legalizing drugs and prostitution. When he talks to his libertarian supporters, he goes into his Federal Reserve rants.
How this isn’t transparent to some is beyond me.
