“Nice try, now go smoke your pot somewhere else. You cant fool a conservative with the truth.”
I thought this was a forum where respectful, intelligent, and thought provoking debate occurs? So if people don't agree with your position, you insult them?
Ron Paul is for state's rights. Not the federal govt controlling everything.

Can’t turn the other cheek on Satan. If you do, well, then there are consequences.
I think Paul’s intentions regarding Iran are for a good purpose, in his mind, but extremely misguided. Since sometimes, turning the other cheek can be a fatal error. Such is the case for Iran. To ignore the threats Iran makes, and with the evidence against Iran mounting, Paul needs to reconsider his position, on Iran.
He’s a stubborn kinda fellow. We know that. But from my studies of him, he’s not beyond reproach.
Wake up Dr. Paul. Reality is calling. Iran is a threat which needs redress. You can’t turn the other cheek on this one.

Your link makes my original point. We don't take their statements seriously because they pose almost no military threat to us.

That’s true. But a nuclear Iran is whole nuther story. If they get them, they will use them. Anyone in doubt has been disconnected from the reality server.

>Does he think states should be left alone to determine life/death/murder/crime issues? NO!
Actually he does.
>PROOF: HE AND BARNEY FRANK AUTHORED A BILL IN THE LAST SESSION TO LEGALIZE DRUGS AT THE NATIONAL LEVEL.
HR 2306 wouldn't force the states to legalize marijuana. It would only remove it from the federal government's list of controlled substances.

My faith is a deeply private issue to me, and I don't speak on it in great detail during my speeches because I want to avoid any appearance of exploiting it for political gain. Let me be very clear here: I have accepted Jesus Christ as my personal Savior, and I endeavor every day to follow Him in all I do and in every position I advocate... ....In addition to my time in Congress, I am proud to have delivered over 4,000 babies as a country doctor in Texas. As I trained to practice medicine, I became convinced without a doubt that life begins at the moment of conception. I never performed an abortion, and I never once found an abortion necessary to save the life of the mother. In fact, I successfully helped women struggling with their pregnancies to seek other options, including adoption...
We must stand for lifenot allow millions of innocent children to continue to be slaughtered with the government's approval.
We must follow the Biblical mandate of using honest weights and measuresnot printing money out of thin air in almost complete secrecy and then handing it over to oppressive dictators.
People might think he's crazy, but I now know more about what Ron Paul believes than about what Herman Cain believes.

An observation satellite poses no military threat.

Good old Jimmy Carter had a similar statement of faith, oh, and a similar world view as well. Just say no to moderate libertarian RINOs.

Which is to say, it would LEGALIZE it.
Go back to your bong.
Ron Paul is a nut-job dope smoking libertarian.
That’s why he co-sponsored the bill with Brawney Fwank.
Why would ANYBODY who is a conservative vote for anybody who co-sponsors bills with Barney?

Ron Paul Forums- How NOT to debate Christian voters- Your friendly paultard's instruction manual on convincing Christians he is acceptable. (under the category- "Christian Outreach"
There are ways to convert people to Ron Paul WITHOUT taking the "There is no God and you are IGNORANT" approach. Trying to convert a Christian to agnosticism or atheism is NOT going to magically convert people to Ron Paul. Remember, you don't have to AGREE with these positions. You don't have to believe in God even. You just have to appeal to them - and bashing someone's GOD does NOT HELP RON PAUL! ....

I don't understand people that think that the whole world can go to hell, taken over by any and every kind of evil, and it won't come after us as long as we mind our business.
I believe that we cannot fight every battle but I also believe that through wisdom we must know when to become involved in a world situation. Preferably before it becomes too big to deal with in a judicious manner.

That was good to read Kurt. There are a couple questions I would like to ask Rep. Paul personally still, but this answered some others.
