There are plenty of guilty parties at Penn State but Paterno isn’t one of them. The guy is an 80 year old football coach and people are upset that he didn’t transform into some combination of Wyatt Earp and Sherlock Holmes to singlehandedly identify and put a stop to a problem he didn’t know about.

I urge you to re-read your first sentence and think about it.

Whatever. Looking the other way after this dude if found banging a ten year old in your locker room is ok with you? Never mind looking the other way after the 1998 event while he was in his employment. Never mind all the 'comments' circulating about this guy and his behavior around young boys.

Plea deal? I bet he doesn't return as coach next year.

"The Patriot-News of Harrisburg reported Saturday that a source close to the investigation said Paterno would not be charged and that he would testify against Sandusky at trial."
