Old People: I can speak to this as I’m 78 and sharp as a tack (and I have my loaded 38) so no one messes with me. Just because one is old doesn’t mean that person has lost his/her intelligence and capability to live life to the fullest.
I support Newt and my job is to make sure Obama bits the dust.

I dropped my mom off at the airport - 93 years old and a better memory than me. Still drives, lives by herself in her house, 20 minute walks with her walking sticks, shops, goes to the doctors, travels, etc.
We got her a wheelchair for the airport trek as she flew off alone. After the first gal spoke to her I asked my mom “So how does it make you feel when everyone speaks to you like you are an idiot?”
She laughed and said “Oh I don’t mind, I figure I’ll take all the help I can get. But yes, it is pretty funny how they talk to me like I can’t hear or have never done this before.”
Although I’m not sure how much of a fight she would put up against some punk - that isn’t in her nature. (Although she could sure slap me around when I was a punk. Hmmmm...)
