From what I see, it will be about 60/40 to retain Kashich's program.
Go you Buckeyes.
I have my doubts...but I hope you’re right.
Honestly, they should have passed the provisions in this bill in parts instead of one gigantic bill.
From your lips (keyboard) to God’s ears. Ohio people, support your Governor, John Kasich. Support a right to work state.
Support Governor Kasich!
Boy I hope you’re right. A win here will really pour gasoline on the fire that the same union thugs will light off next month to recall Gov. Scott Walker in Wisconsin, and will be translated as proof that the Tea Party is dead and progressives are back in control.
Then you must not have seen much. In virtually every poll Issue 2 is not just losing badly, it's losing by as much as 25 points. The unions have sunk tens of millions of dollars and run one of the most deceptive ad campaigns in history. It is very difficult to overcome this much of a cash disadvantage. Realistically, it looks to me like Kasich is going to lose this one by around 5-10 points. I hope to heck I'm wrong, but I don't think so. If there is any good news that comes from it is we've forced the unions to waste a crapload of money they'd otherwise have sunk into the 2012 elections.
I sure hope so...but the advertising for a no vote is quite heavy handed. From police chiefs and fire chiefs “scaring” the public to equating the CVS Grandma’s Strike to their medical benefits. This stuff is running back to back in radio commercial breaks on talk radio. The ACLU called here the other day about it too!
Plus Van Jones is in town pushing this issue this weekend...going to the polls on Tuesday will be interesting to say the least.
PS. Our school levy is up here as well. The slogan is “protect our schools.”
Hmmmm... Police, Fire, and Protect clever eh?
