“Im a proud member of the 1 percent”
I’d advise to resist the temptation to say that.
Instead, point out that if any % applies it is 47%. The 47% who don’t pay income taxes.

Not a fan of lawsuits but anyone injured by the Occupy types should sue Oakland city council et al for allowing, even promoting the violence.

At heart, Oaklands occupiers and worthless political class want more of the same fix that has made America the Brokest Nation in History: They expect to live as beneficiaries of a prosperous Western society without making any contribution to the productivity necessary to sustain it. They "occupied" the Plaza in St Augustine today. Many of them seemed to be Northeast retirees, mostly former civil service employees or from the quasi-academic professions, who attend the local Unitarian church (or whatever the Unitarians call their gatherings). Sadly, we can't even blame it on the young.
Anarchists and retired teachers for statism.

One business untouched by the maggots in Oakland was a true Conservative one. When the mob got to the front door of an office building in the area, they were met by the owner with a shotgun in his hand. The mob moved on.

7 For you yourselves know how you ought to follow our example, because we did not act in an undisciplined manner among you, 8 nor did we eat anyones bread without paying for it, but with labor and hardship we kept working night and day so that we would not be a burden to any of you; 9 not because we do not have the right to this, but in order to offer ourselves as a model for you, so that you would follow our example. 10 For even when we were with you, we used to give you this order: if anyone is not willing to work, then he is not to eat, either. 11 For we hear that some among you are leading an undisciplined life, doing no work at all, but acting like busybodies. 12 Now such persons we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ to work in quiet fashion and eat their own bread. .... II Thessalonians 3: 7-12
