Both of these men are far more intelligent and capable than any other candidate running.

Because they want to appear on MSM TV but to do that they need to agree to MSM rules.

This forum really sucks. Why don't you tell Jim Robinson that?

Great. One of getting a couple of things passed after 9 years of giving Texas away to his cronies.
Well, having a newly-red statehouse was an assist. Is your statehouse almost 100% red?
Does Rove hate your governor as much as he hates ours?
Has California moved to your state to take advantage of spectacular business atmosphere?
I’d say Perry has the right enemies and the right friends.

Your post reminds me of the movies where the vampire babes are defending the vampire... not saying he or you are vampires... just the intensity... are you under a spell?

The post I answered was some kind of a “mocking Cheney” bullshit response.

I hate to throw cold water on that concept, but I felt that way when we had the Obamacare discussion with the republicans. And in my mind Ryan handed Obama his head on a platter. But thats not how it came across once the media got a hold of it. When there was no way the Republicans had enough votes to stop anything and you expected a different result? That sir is naive on steroids.
But then again, when We The People had our say on November 2, 2010 it changed a few things, finally. Then we start having the same crap coming down the pike, this time from career politicians from both sides of the aisle.
Chew on that for a few moments before you formulate another pretzel response and maybe then you will start to realize any RINO, no matter the flavor, is totally unacceptable during the primary process. Does that make us "heartless"? To some posters on this forum, yes it does, but we got over those little namey things long ago when we discovered that principles trump any worries about being called names.

...don't like newt because I remember him from the Clinton years and his stand on G W also backing a liberal female judge to SC that Bush tried to put on, He also backed scuzzyfuzzy for office and she turned democrat as soon as she lost...He talks a good game, but his actions are not trustworthy...Would be good in a cabinet position, but not for president or VP. You're the voice of experience and wisdom, Granny. I have the same misgivings about Newt, and feel that he's best suited for the same things that you do.

Looking at a list of some of the former governors texas has had, I'd say that Perry has a job even he couldn't screw up.
Plus he has a really interesting nickname from his days as a Democrat.

To: rintense
220v border fences. Bet Cain scooped up a big chunk of the latino vote with that. Oh, of course he doesn’t need the latino vote to win. Nobody does, right? Not even Rubio.
