Just goes to show you where the true class divisions are, who are the aristocratic women and who are the trash.

He is from Chicago. Cubs fans normally loathe the Cardinals. There is a great rivalry between them. He may not like the Cards. Frankly, I don't think its a big deal. Who really wants to talk to him?

If it were the Cubs or Sox that won the series you can bet Barry would be slobbering to get his credits in pronto time.

According to a website, Ronald Reagan ended the tradition of the president calling the winning Super bowl coach in 1986:
This was the first Super Bowl where the winning coach did not receive the traditional call from the President of the United States. Winning teams are now rewarded a trip to the White House to be congratulated by the president personally.
We want Obama to act more like Reagan. Good for Reagan, good for Obama. Calling the winning coach after the game was an irritating practice. Much better to invite them to the White House for a photo-op.

I believe both Tony LaRussa and Albert Pujols spoke at a Glenn Beck rally - thats probably reason enough for this bunch in the White House.

No further explanation needed.

I doubt it very much that the lazy arrogant pos worked 10 hours per day during the G-20 summit. Maybe 10 hours for the whole time.
Remember President Bush was in the Oval Office every day by 0:700. The earliest that lazy pos is in the Oval Office is 0:930 and end at noon or shortly after.
Take this example
Here is about 3 hours work

Or contributed to Hillery.
Those two groups seem to spark his anger more than any other.
Now if the team was called the Shite Jihad he would have hurt himself trying to get to a phone.

It seems President Reagan ended FDR's tradition of telephoning sports winners. Another good deed done by our favorite president. Wish Mr. Obama would follow other precedents of President Reagan besides not calling winners in the locker room.
To: John W
I love the irony. There are way too many freepers calling Cain dumb. I don’t think he would have screwed that one up.
To: Kaslin
Hmm. I’m sure this had absolutely nothing with Albert Pujols being honored by Glenn Beck at his 8/28 Restoring Honor gathering last year. And nothing to do with the fact that Tony LaRussa introduced Pujols before he received his honor.
Or the fact that many players in the clubhouse are conservatives of faith who frequently listen to Beck’s show.

I don’t thin it had to do with the Cardinals’ politics at all. He also did not call the Dallas Mavericks in their locker room when they won the NBA title or the Green Bay Packers when they won the Super Bowl..
