Herman Cain huddled with Henry Kissinger in New York on Thursday, discussing foreign policy with the elder statesman. According to Mark Block, Cains chief of staff, the former secretary of state also commented on Cains notorious campaign video, which shows Block smoking.
Halfway through Mr. Cains conversation, Doctor Kissinger turns and points to me and says, That smoking thing you did was brilliant. I sat there thinking, Dr. Henry Kissinger just said something I did was brilliant, Block says. We all got a good chuckle.
Block adds that Kissinger was impressed by Cains questions. He told him that he meets with any candidate who wants to get his views. But he told Mr. Cain that most come in and ask about what they should say on the Sunday shows. Mr. Cain, he pointed out, asked what he should do when he is president a different kind of approach for this kind of meeting.
The meeting, which lasted over an hour, covered a variety of topics, Block says. China, the Middle East, Libya, Iraq, and Afghanistan, among other hot spots, featured in the conversation.
With Palin out of the picture, I had no dog in this hunt.
The reason I was for Palin was because she is not one of the GOP/RINO insiders, which is why they hate her so much.
Then they went after Cain.
And I sent Cain my first hundred bucks.
Now I have a dog in the hunt, and the more they attack him the stronger my conviction becomes.
The enemy of my enemy is my candidate.®
I am in agreement with Dr. Kissinger on this one.
I am in agreement with Dr. Kissinger on this one.
Sorry about the DP.
:o) That’s my Man!
If hes thinking of appointing Kissinger an advisor hes crazy.
IMHO...
There are many people who smoke and they form a large group that has a comraderie. They all have had their freedom trampled on by a disgusting political display which purported to be about the dangers of tobacco use but it obviously was not or tobacco would have been banned altogether. Especially if it was indeed as bad as many politicians say it is. Smokers are villified, treated as outcasts. For doing something that has been done for hundreds of years.
In truth, the whole anti-smoking campaign is a ruse employed by politicians to usurp more political power while increasing revenue to the government. The last thing politicians and the medical industry want is for people to stop smoking. And in a disgusting display of the worst of human nature, they all join in the villification like some adult version of Lord of the Flies.
The smoker video simply expressed solidarity with those who want a corner of their life that the government is not in.
Nobody said anything like that. Cain is talking to anyone and everyone, he talked to Senate Republicans, he talked to Demint yesterday, he talked to Sheriff Joe, talked to C. Everett Koop, he talked to a group of doctors earlier in the week, it’s what he does.
It’s called gaining perspective.
Then this should make your day:

“Cain did not sign settlement, accuser’s lawyer says”
When I heard about the bet between Cain and Brock, I said, “Oh my gosh. That’s why he smoked in the ad!”
Its called gaining perspective.
Yeah...but he didn't get any perspective from Aires and Dorn or the "rev" White.
Wow! Say what you will about Kissinger, but he spotted an important leadership differential between Cain and the usual run of candidates. The ones who want to know what to say on the Sunday shows don’t deserve my vote. Cain, however, has that intangible “something” that sets the real leaders apart. That gets my attention.
Love your tagline. I believe that philosophy will guide you well.
Yeah, well, duh! LOL He doesn’t need to go *there*, he’s pretty clear he’s against any form of socialism/communism
The media want Cain gone because of this

and he is anti terrorist so they call him anti muslim
Sounds like this man is not just running for president, he’s planning to be president.
