If Id read your posting history prior to asking the question, I can assure you I wouldnt have asked you. Thats my mistake, and I apologize that youre now so riled up because of it. Youre clearly more emotionally invested, and your posts tend to a much more vitriolic style, than I normally engage.
Breathe.

Thanks for the link I read it.
If I suggested that A Christian could not drink I apologize. I just know that for me it`s a sin because my conscience condemns me for it, and I was never a social or moderate drinker btw.
I have never said to anybody that A Christian could not drink, however I did say in this thread that serious Christians do not stop off at the liquor store Friday night.

So you are right, I am not disputing that Jesus drank wine on a few occasions, how often I do not know. But we do know that Jesus IS The Word, John chapter 1 from vs 1.
We know that the Word says to be found drunk is a sin,we know that Jesus never sinned, how many people can drink without ever getting drunk? So I guess for those that can, but not myself.
When someone finds Christ, normally alcohol goes out the window, that`s the experience in my circles, mind you I took a little longer than some to get off it.
But yes, you are right, I do not dispute
Drinking can also be described as a pleasure of the flesh.
