DJ - I used to get horrible headaches all the time (thought everyone did...) and found this to be very helpful, reduced the pain by about 80% so it was barely noticeable.
Get buck or large bowl or something - fill with the hottest water your feet can tolerate and be comfortable - soak feet. Try to get it at least a few inches over the ankles. Add hot water as needed to keep it really hot.
After about 20 minutes my headache would be way, way reduced. Also calming and warming in the winter.
It pulls excess blood from the head so the blood vessels don’t have that horrid pounding pressure. It really used to help me a lot. The headaches would last for days and affect vision, I guess they were a sort of migraine.
