Adding to the ongoing Herman Cain sexual harassment controversy, two sources have now confirmed to PJ Media that a female employee of the National Restaurant Association told associates she had been brought by Mr. Cain to his Crystal City, Virginia residence where she alleged he had taken advantage of me.
One source, a male, told PJ Media:
Herman took advantage of seniority and power with a young woman. It was an abuse of power.
Implying that coming forward with the accusations was an ordeal for the young woman, the source also said:
Who do you believe, a CEO or a mid-level staffer? It was unsettling for her to make charges.
The name of the woman who was in her early twenties at the time of the alleged incident has been confirmed by PJ Media. We have chosen not to reveal her identity for reasons of discretion.
Both sources, one male and one female, worked at the time mid-1990s for the governmental affairs department of the National Restaurant Association, as did the woman.

If this is true—and I have no idea that it is, but usually the made up sexual harassment charges are decidely more mild—this is worse than Clinton and his cigar. They were about the same age as subordinates, and the Cain woman was clearly intoxicated.
From comments:
“I want to hear what Mary Jo Kopechne has to say about this.”
This story is written in such an odd way. “She woke up in his bed”. What does that mean? She woke up next to Mr Cain? He was in another room or absent from the apartment and may have not even spent the night there himself? If he was in the apt surely they must have said something to each other.
Hmmmm. Since there are two "sources" they all had to be together at Mr. Cain's apartment. Were they all in his bed? They ALL had to at least be at his apartment to be credible "sources", right?
I'm with you. If this is true, I will be very disappointed. We can't have a candidate who has done this sort of thing to a twenty-something.
Hotair has a link to the article as well. The MSM will be onto this story by 6pm tonight.
The female source told PJ Media that she witnessed the woman entering a taxi with Herman Cain.
Neither source has direct knowledge of what occurred at Mr. Cains residence, but several days after the alleged incident, the male source witnessed the woman returning to her workplace distraught. She was very upset.
One source told PJ Media: Some people didnt believe [the accuser] at the time she made the allegation. The female source recalls the woman continued working at the NRA for several weeks after the encounter; the male source recalls the woman continued working there for a few months.
The anonymous sources admit that "some people didn't believe her" at the time.
He’s also responsible for Natalie Holloway .
I think everyone needs to look at this in the context of the times. As I recall, the government was in high gear pursuing claims of sexual abuse/discrimination in the 1990’s. Claims were often made without basis, knowing that companies would settle quickly rather than face the wrath of the government. Once innocent comments led to dismissals and I personally saw several co-workers released for comments that merely got giggles decades earlier. As far as I’m concerned anything that didn’t go to trial, is unsubstantiated or not backed by an admission of guilt, should not be discussed. Hearing it from the woman, who obviously complained for financial gain rather than pursuing criminal charges, would do nothing to influence my thoughts on the matter.

The problem with your scenario is that the woman made a complaint and the NRA paid her to go away. If she had not said a word and brought it up now like one the so called ‘victims’ is doing, I would agree with you.
What did Tom do next, Miss May Ella?
From “To Kill a Mockingbird”, right? One of my all time favorite classic movies.
Mayella testified that Tom raped her. Why? Because the prohibition against a White woman willingly having sex with a Black man was one of this country’s most sacred mores. The idea that a White woman would sexually pursue a Black man contradicted the white supremacist notion that Blacks were inferior in all ways that mattered. White women were held up as paragons of virtue — Black women were seen as asexual mammies or hypersexual tramps. Black men were portrayed as Toms, Sambos, and Coons — all with the potential to become raping Brutes.http://www.ferris.edu/jimcrow/question/may07/
He said, she said unless there are witness that she told someone it is all hogwash.

“...he had taken advantage of me.”
What does that mean? Did he talk nasty to her, or did he do a full on, lip biting, Clinton rape? Were police notified? Was her job threatened? Is there any sperm on a dress? How do we know anything really happened? There is nothing here, and that is how this should be treated until there is something, and even then, if then ever comes, I would warn conservatives not to get involved in a circular firing squad.
We are not the party of Bill Clinton. The Republican party is far more traditional and god fearing and if it turns out Cain cheated on his wife here then he is finished for the 2012 campaign. There is just no way around it.
As a Cain supporter this is doom.
First I hope he wasn't so cavalier that he didn't think opposition research wouldn't bring this out.
He should have had a press conference months ago about these settlements.
His judgment is not good, as of now.
It's despicable. And with a black man, it apparently has to revolve around sex.
